Hayden Software believes that work-life balance is essential for employee morale. We take that to the next level by emphasising the employee within the company. Since HSCI was founded, we have had an annual tradition of a destination company meeting. Part of the tradition includes company paid travel to and lodging somewhere in the world. So far, we have discovered New York City, Washington, DC, and Las Vegas, NV.

We have stayed at some of the finest establishments in each of these cities. In New York, we stayed at the St. Regis hotel at 55th and 5th Avenue in Manhatten. While in Las Vegas, we stayed at the luxurious Bellagio Hotel and Spa.
